DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE AN ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER? :

Majority of time spent in shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset:
Partner with Shop Manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to the shop floor.
Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Handbook
Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
Manage, train, and hire Detailers and detail department
Handle all sublets and sublet communication
Quality control of all completed vehicles.
Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
Train with Shop Manager to understand business financials and meet financial goals
Spend time training in each department before taking on Management responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am – 5:00pm schedule
We will teach and train the right candidate
Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
