Your Role & Responsibilities:

Diagnose & Repair – Identify and fix issues efficiently, following BMW’s high standards.
Routine Maintenance – Perform essential services to keep vehicles in peak condition.
Precision Testing – Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to ensure optimal performance.
Client & Team Communication – Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate updates to clients.
Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with BMW online training courses and additional certifications as assigned.
Preventative Maintenance – Use diagnostic software to recommend services that enhance vehicle longevity.

What You Bring to the Table:

✔ Experience with European Brands – Previous experience with BMW or other luxury brands is a plus.
✔ Strong Diagnostic & Technical Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues.
