Don-Mor Automotive Group

This cross-functional position will be responsible for the following:

Greets all customers (phone, in-person, virtually) in a courteous, welcoming, and friendly manner.
Meets with the customers who have repair estimate appointments. Review the damages on the vehicle with the customer and take the quality photos of the vehicle.
Drives the vehicle back to the repair shop for an estimator to estimate it. Then, brings the vehicle back up to the front and discuss the next steps to the customer.
Monitors status of vehicle and coordinates service updates with the production team.
Proactively contacts customers and provides repair updates throughout the process when their vehicle is in the facility until release.
Perform other duties and assignments as required.
