As a Customer Services representative, your main duty is to help customers with their inquiries regarding their vehicle repairs and services provided at the collision centre. You must have exceptional skills in handling and resolving complaints, as well as excellent communication and data entry abilities. Your primary goal is to provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include;

• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls

• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues

• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

• Speak with customers to discuss damages, repair process and timeline and costs.
