We’re looking for a sharp and skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our team. This role focuses on identifying complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and OEM systems — playing a critical part in accurate repairs and vehicle safety. Perform in-depth diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
Use OEM scan tools and software to identify issues and interpret fault codes
Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate repair paths
Conduct pre- and post-repair scans and document findings
Assist in calibration or programming of vehicle modules and ADAS components
Stay current with manufacturer updates, TSBs, and diagnostic techniques
Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, organized workspace
