The Assistant Manager will display clear skills in providing a superior customer experience by building trust and loyalty through high-quality workmanship and professional and knowledgeable counter staff. The Assistant Manager will work together with the General Manager to set goals and objectives, develop growth strategies, and increase profitability for the Dealership.

The Assistant Manager will have the opportunity to assist the General Manager to create an exceptional experience for the guests. This role is responsible for assisting in selecting, training, coaching, and developing the Dealership and driving a high level of performance among the Dealership team.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing all systems, procedures and processes
• Maintaining high profitability in all areas
• Always maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating
• Tracking the performance of Service Advisors and Technicians
• Attaining department objectives
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profits and expense objectives
• Ensure the shop is hitting and achieving sales goals and performance numbers
• Lead the team, analyze performance, and execute sales strategies
• Responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, development, and performance management of all employees
• Support management with handling customer and employee concerns with professionalism and care
