Responsibilities:
• Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates of the cost of repairs, including Labour, parts, and materials.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of the repair process and costs involved.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure estimates meet their requirements and guidelines.
• Track and manage the progress of repairs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of estimates, repair orders, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of automotive repair process.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and able to produce accurate and thorough estimates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive Industry Experience (Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software)
- Software Experience (Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software)
- Driver's License
