Job Details

The role of the General Manager is to provide leadership and direction for the collision repair facility. They are responsible for achieving the company’s financial and business objectives, as well as serving as role models for the staff. The General Manager ensures that proper policies and procedures are in place to support the team in meeting and exceeding company targets and performance standards. They also define staff positions and set expectations for quality repair. This position interacts with customers, insurance companies, customer service representatives, estimators, repair planners, technicians, parts managers, and other associates on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include;

• Ensure the shop is hitting and achieving sales goals and performance numbers

• Lead the team, analyze performance, and execute sales strategies

• Responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, development, and performance management of all employees

• Support management with handling customer and employee concerns with professionalism and care

• Support the Assistant Manager in the implementation of business events
