Responsibilities
The Body Shop Production Manager at Anderson Auto Group is responsible for overseeing the production process within the body shop, ensuring that parts are ordered, sourced, and matched to repair orders efficiently
This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain schedules for work orders while adhering to insurance guidelines
Ordering and sourcing parts
Ensure that ordered parts meet insurance companies’ guidelines
Checking parts in and matching them to repair orders
Problem solving parts issues
Ensure that work orders are staying on schedule
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
2 years estimator experience
Possess strong customer service and communication skills
Must have a clean & valid driver license
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment
QUALIFICATIONS
