Key Responsibilities

• The Receptionist plays a key role within the dealership with various administrative and clerical duties. Their primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, answer phone calls, respond to emails, serve as the first point of contact, and professionally manage the reception area. Organization and communication skills are essential for this role, requiring complexity in a wide range of tasks that may include everything from troubleshooting computer systems to interpreting a customer’s invoice and even dealing promptly with filtering customer complaints. We are seeking someone who is fully adaptable throughout the working day. Responsibilities include:
• Manage dealership clerical duties, including filing paperwork and creating protocols for team members that drive efficiency
• Direct incoming calls and customer complaints to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner
• Embrace existing clerical duties and learn to take on new ones by participating in training opportunities, where possible
• Produce dealership industry progress reports for presentation to the team regularly
• Help oversee online and print marketing efforts by the auto group
• Buy office supplies and other materials for the car dealership, maintain the office, as needed
• Communicate with new car customers and increase dealership brand visibility by coordinating community events
