As a Vehicle Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver vehicles to customers once they are ready or have been purchased. To excel in this role, you will receive training to become an expert on the dealership’s technology. Your job is to provide clients with a thorough explanation of their vehicle’s features, warranty, and maintenance schedule. To succeed, you should be outgoing, able to communicate clearly, comfortable with technology, patient, energetic, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include;

• Coordinate between departments to ensure vehicles are ready with all necessary accessories when promised
• Coordinate and complete full product presentation with guests, reviewing the operation of the vehicle, highlighting key features and benefits
• Introduce guests to the Service and Parts Department to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service operations and retail parts and accessories
• Provide follow-up after the sale for outstanding items
