The General Manager’s Job is to provide overall leadership and direction of the dealership’s facility and is primarily responsible for achieving the company’s set financial and business objectives.

He or She will be responsible for ensuring proper policies and procedures are in place and supports the team to ensure they achieve and exceed company targets and standards for performance and growth.

The General Manager will also ensure all staff positions are clearly defined while setting clear expectations for quality repair. This position interacts daily with Customers, Insurance companies, Customer Service representatives, Estimators, Repair planners, Technicians, Parts Managers, and other store Associates.

Responsibilities Include;

• Ensure the shop is hitting and achieving sales goals and performance numbers

• Lead the team, analyze performance, and execute sales strategies

• Responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, development, and performance management of all employees

• Support management with handling customer and employee concerns with professionalism and care

• Support the Assistant Manager in the implementation of business events
