We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Lot Manager. As the Lot Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the dealership’s vehicle inventory and lot. Your duties will include receiving new shipments, checking for all accessories, and arranging vehicles to maximize space. You will also ensure that all vehicles – new, used, wholesale, awaiting title, and those waiting for maintenance or cleaning – are parked in their designated areas. To succeed in this role, you should be an efficient multitasker who is highly organized and accurate in your work.

Responsibilities Include;

• Coordinate and schedule Lot staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently

• Have sold vehicles cleaned and detailed for delivery on time and to a high standard

• Ensure that display vehicles in the showroom and outside as well as used cars are cleaned frequently and organized

• Keep the lot organized and vehicles parked in such a way as to minimize chances for damage to occur

• Be responsible for ensuring price stickers on all new and used vehicles are put in the vehicle on the day they arrive

• Keep the Lot clean of any garbage and debris

• Test batteries of vehicles on a weekly basis

• Ensure vehicles are locked and secure at the end of the day

• Possess a valid driver’s license
