Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting motorcycles, accessories, and gear
• Build relationships and provide an outstanding buying experience
• Stay current on models, features, and financing options
• Help with test rides, trade-in appraisals, and paperwork
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer contact in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments for a seamless customer journey
• Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and organized
