In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for sourcing parts, assisting technicians, and helping customers find exactly what they need — whether it’s for routine service or a dream custom build. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts lookup and ordering
• Provide accurate quotes, availability, and timelines for parts
• Maintain inventory levels and organize stock efficiently
• Place orders with suppliers and receive incoming shipments
• Ensure the right parts are ready for scheduled service work
• Process invoices, returns, and warranty claims
• Help maintain a clean, organized parts counter and storage area
• Stay up to date on parts catalogs, accessories, and new product releases
