We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Motorcycle Test Rider to help us evaluate the performance, handling, and overall functionality of motorcycles before delivery or after service. Whether it’s a post-repair quality check or part of product development, your feedback will help ensure each bike meets high standards before hitting the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test ride motorcycles after repairs, maintenance, or pre-delivery inspections
• Evaluate performance, handling, braking, noise, vibration, and safety systems
• Identify and report any mechanical or functional issues
• Work closely with technicians to provide clear and detailed ride feedback
• Follow all safety procedures and company ride routes or protocols
• Ensure motorcycles are fueled, prepped, and safe before each ride
• Occasionally assist with minor adjustments or basic inspections
