The role of the Production Manager is essential in ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical team, as well as coordinating the flow of work within the collision centre to ensure clients are reunited with their repaired or restored vehicles. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of body shop business processes and operations, along with the ability to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate should be an excellent problem solver who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and lead the team toward achieving business goals and objectives.
