We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to coordinate the movement of our fleet and ensure timely, efficient deliveries. You’ll be the key connection between drivers, customers, and operations — keeping things running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch trucks and drivers for pickups and deliveries
• Monitor driver routes and adjust in real-time to avoid delays
• Communicate with customers and provide delivery updates
• Track shipments and maintain accurate logs in dispatch software
• Ensure compliance with DOT and transportation regulations
• Coordinate load assignments, route planning, and fuel stops
• Assist with incident response and problem-solving on the road
• Work closely with drivers to support their day-to-day needs
